As reported by Mohamed Toubache-Ter, Ligue 2 side Caen are interested in signing Brest right-sided player Julien Faussurier ahead of the summer transfer window.
The 35-year-old former Sochaux and Troyes man is ‘very popular’ at SMC even though they’re looking to tie down impressive young fellow defender Hugo Vandermersch (22) to a longer deal too.
Faussurier has played 466 career games across the French footballing pyramid but is currently on the fringes at mid-table Ligue 1 side Brest with his current contract up in the summer.
