Nice predicted XI v Marseille: Khéphren Thuram suspended, Sofiane Diop out

Khéphren Thuram will miss OGC Nice’s match against Olympique de Marseille through suspension, whilst Sofiane Diop also misses out with a thigh injury.

With Thuram absent, Hicham Bouadoui is set to come into Les Aiglons’ midfield as they prepare for the arrival of Les Phocéens. There aren’t expected to be any surprises in Francesco Farioli’s selection. Youcef Atal has been suspended by the club after he shared an anti-semitic video online during the international break. Jordan Lotomba, who had already started three of Nice’s last four games, will replace the Algerian international.

On the opposite side of the defence, Melvin Bard looks set to retain his spot in the side. It was expected that Romain Perraud, who arrived on loan from Southampton in the summer, would displace Bard, but he has since hit a purple path to retain his spot.

Nice likely lineup v Marseille

Marcin Bulka; Melvin Bard, Dante, Jean-Clair Todibo, Jordan Lotomba; Hicham Boudaoui, Youssouf Ndayishimiye, Morgan Sanson; Jérémie Boga, Terem Moffi, Gaëtan Laborde.
